the staff at the front desk was responsive, it was a plus. the room was amazingly clean, i think housekeeping did a great job.

I noticed some bartenders who were not friendly, and almost rude. some drinks seemed overpriced while others were inexpensive. It did not make sense.

The location was convenient though the building maintains historical charm. i found it well appointed. the reception from kevin was friendly after my long flight from the uk. Check-in was efficient. i noted that the hotel and bedroom were immaculate. housekeeping ensured our room was clean daily.

I had to follow up on a resort fee charged after i checked out. Though refunded, it was inexplicably less than the initial charge. this required contacting customer support again. the effort was a slight inconvenience.
